The Hilton Prague stands on the banks of the Vltava, on the edge of Karlín, a few minutes from the centre. On its 9th floor, Cloud 9 Sky Bar & Lounge occupies a vast glazed lounge that opens onto two outdoor terraces. The panorama is wide: Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral in the distance, the spires of the Old Town, the bridges over the Vltava, Vítkov hill and its equestrian statue, not forgetting the Žižkov Television Tower.

In the evening, the bar's violet lighting echoes the city lights, and the atmosphere builds as the hours go by, from after-work drinks to last orders.

Cocktails that set the tone

Here, everything starts with the cocktails: the signature list focuses on fresh fruit and bold pairings, such as the Charisma with chilli-infused vodka, the Mango-licious with Becherovka Lemond and mango, or the Lady Mûre with fresh blackberries. To go with the drinks, chef Roman Dolejš serves Creole and Asian fusion dishes to share: truffle fries, popcorn shrimp, tuna tartare with ponzu or beef bulgogi.

A place for nights out

Cloud 9 hosts music nights, notably at sunset on Saturdays, and some evenings are fully booked in advance. For a group or an event, it is best to contact the team.

Open Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 1am, closed on Sundays; special dates are announced on the website. Book online or on +420 224 842 999.
