Pytloun Sky Bar: the rooftop of Wenceslas Square
Above Prague's grand boulevard
Wenceslas Square, a long boulevard lined with Art Nouveau and Functionalist buildings, leads from the National Museum to the heart of the Old Town. At number 16, the Pytloun Boutique Hotel hides a bar and restaurant of around 150 m² on its roof, with a lounge of comfortable seating and a panoramic terrace. From the tables, the view stretches over the square, the Franciscan Garden, the roofs of the New Town and, on the horizon, Prague Castle.
Cocktails and seasonal cuisine
The bar team creates signature cocktails, alongside a selection of wines and champagnes. The restaurant menu, refreshed in autumn, mixes Czech classics and international dishes: tuna tartare with ponzu, beef tartare served with Czech-style garlic toast, sirloin steak, Přeštík pork tenderloin or grilled halloumi. Prices are shown in crowns and euros.
A terrace for special occasions
With 70 seats and as many standing places, the Sky Bar can be hired for parties, weddings, engagements, hen parties or corporate events. It is often these private evenings that show the terrace at its most charming, beneath its string lights and drapes.
