On Avenida Pío XII, in the Campanar district, the Novotel Valencia Lavant has turned its top level into a vast open-air space. The Sky Bar occupies several areas there: a covered bar extended by a wooden deck, lounge areas in the shade of a pergola with dark slats, and high tables bordered by lavender.
The panorama stretches across 360°: the roofs of Campanar and Extramurs, the bell towers and domes of the old town and, on clear days, the mountains on the horizon. In the evening, the terrace enjoys the sunset, making it a good meeting point at aperitif time.
Signature cocktails and Mediterranean cuisine
The menu pairs signature cocktails, made with local ingredients, with Mediterranean dishes to share. The spaces can also be booked to celebrate an event. The neighbouring pool, with its submerged sun loungers and woven cabanas, belongs to the hotel.
Practical information
According to the tourist office, the Sky Bar is open Monday to Thursday from noon to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 1am, and Sunday from 11am to midnight; opening hours change with the season. Metro: Túria station (lines 1 and 2), about 200 metres away. The Turia Gardens are a two-minute walk away.
