Ático: Malaga seen from the 15th floor
A lookout between the Cathedral and the port
The AC Hotel Málaga Palacio stands between the Cathedral and the Paseo del Parque, facing the port and a few steps from Muelle Uno. Right at the top, on the 15th floor, Ático brings together the hotel's panoramic bar and restaurant, which are also open to visitors who are not staying there.
From the terrace, the Cathedral tower seems almost at eye level, above the rooftops of the historic centre. On the other side, Gibralfaro hill and the walls of the Alcazaba come into view, followed by the quays of the port and the Mediterranean. The open-air terrace extends a room glazed on all sides, so the view remains intact even when the weather turns.
Bar and restaurant at the top
The bar serves drinks and cocktails from lunchtime until past midnight, with no obligation to dine; for a drink on the terrace, you can often find a spot without booking. The restaurant offers international cuisine at lunch and dinner, preferably by reservation. The rooftop pool is reserved for hotel guests. The space also hosts private events: the restaurant may then be closed to the public, with the first-floor bar taking over.
Practical information
