Terrat: the Mandarin Oriental's rooftop terrace on Passeig de Gràcia
A seasonal rooftop in the heart of the Eixample
The Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona occupies numbers 38-40 Passeig de Gràcia, a short walk from Casa Batlló. On its roof, Terrat opens every year from April to October: an open-air space designed for long, lingering lunches, sunset aperitifs and dinners under the stars. Tables, armchairs and green hedges line the terrace.
A view over the rooftops of Barcelona
From the roof, your gaze passes over the city's most elegant avenue and sweeps across the rooftops of the Eixample, dotted with turrets and statues, all the way to the hills that close off the horizon. The golden light at the end of the day makes aperitif time the most sought-after moment.
Caviar, tartares and signature cocktails
The menu is built around sharing and revisits Mediterranean classics with top-quality produce: pan de cristal with tomato (€5), Iberian ham croquettes, bluefin tuna tartare (€25), smoked A5 wagyu nigiri, roast beef katsu-sando (€24) or a dry-aged beef burger. A dedicated caviar and bubbles menu completes the offer, featuring Osetra caviar from Riofrío. Signature cocktails such as the Toki-o al sol or the Romeku cost €20, and sangria €18 a glass.
