Fly Vista: Prague in 360° from the roof of the Máj

On the roof of a renovated department store

On the corner of Národní and Spálená streets, the Máj department store, renovated and reopened in 2024, houses the Fly Vista restaurant and bar on its 8th floor. A lift leads straight to this large, light-filled room, which extends on the 9th floor to an open-air terrace and a rooftop viewing deck. From up there, the view takes in the whole city: Prague Castle and Petřín hill on one side, the roofs of the New Town and the Žižkov Television Tower on the other.

The outdoor terrace and the viewing deck are open until 9:30pm and close in bad weather; an entrance fee applies to the viewing deck, according to the price list displayed on site and in the booking form.

From dawn until late

The day begins with an all-you-can-eat or à la carte breakfast, continues with modern European cuisine served at lunch and dinner under chef Karel Caldr, then switches into party mode. In the evening, the “Fly After Dark” nights and the DJs turn the restaurant into a bar where people dance around a very long marble counter. The drinks list puts champagne in the spotlight, with more than a hundred labels, along with signature cocktails (served until 10pm) and a wide range of spritzes.

For events

The venue can be booked partly or entirely for private use: champagne bar, end-of-year parties, group lunch menus. Themed evenings, such as Halloween or New Year's Eve, punctuate the calendar.

Practical information

Open Monday to Wednesday from 7:30am to 1am, Thursday and Friday from 7:30am to 3am, Saturday from 8:30am to 3am and Sunday from 8:30am to 1am. Book on +420 720 772 004 or online. Expect to pay 215 to 285 Kč for a cocktail or a spritz. Building entrance on the corner of Spálená and Národní streets, a stone's throw from Národní třída metro station (line B).
