El Mirador de Sevilla: dinner facing the Giralda
A restaurant on the roof of a palatial house in the Arenal
On calle Castelar, between the Cathedral and the Maestranza bullring, the Vincci La Rábida hotel occupies an 18th-century palatial house. Its roof is home to El Mirador de Sevilla, a terrace restaurant set beneath a louvred pergola, with heaters, laid tables and a few plants.
The show takes place above the white rooftops of the Arenal: the Cathedral and the Giralda rise directly opposite, and the tower lights up after dark. It is this close-up view of Seville's most famous monument that has made the venue's reputation.
Produce-driven Andalusian cuisine and cocktails
The 2026 menu champions fresh cuisine with Andalusian roots: Iberian bellota ham, salmorejo, corvina ceviche, almadraba tuna tartare, braised and smoked octopus, slow-cooked suckling pig, aged meats to share. For drinks, classic cocktails such as the mojito, the daiquiri or the espresso martini are all €12, with a few alcohol-free creations at the same price. The restaurant also organises gastronomic days and offers group menus.
