A festive rooftop facing Trindade
Opened in early 2024 on the 9th floor of the YOTEL Porto hotel, on Rua de Gonçalo Cristóvão, Nine Rooftop describes itself as a rooftop bar and restaurant. The space is divided between an indoor room with a club atmosphere, dark walls, dim lighting, velvet banquettes and large rounded windows, and a terrace edged with a glass balustrade. From up there, the view stretches unobstructed over the rooftops of the centre, and sunset is a highlight.
Small plates and sharing food
The menu combines Portuguese classics with international influences. To start, suckling pig croquettes (€7), pica-pau with francesinha sauce (€12), sea bass ceviche or salmon tacos (€14), beef tartare (€16); for mains, octopus “à lagareiro” (€28) or lobster tagliatelle (€32). Desserts, crème brûlée, cheesecake or pistachio volcano, cost around €7 to €9.
Signature cocktails and themed nights
The signature cocktails, inspired by the team's travels, are €12 (Popcorn Martini, Mojito Nine, Porto Sensation, mezcal Negroni), the great classics €10, as are the Porto Tónico, the Aperol Spritz and a glass of sangria. When evening comes, the place takes on the air of a nightspot, with music and themed nights, especially at weekends. The terrace can also be booked privately for events.

Open Tuesday to Thursday from 4pm to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 12.30am; the published opening hours mention neither Sunday nor Monday, so it is best to check before going.
