Andrássy Avenue, Pest's grand and elegant thoroughfare, runs from the city centre to Heroes' Square. At number 39, the building of the former Párisi department store hides a vast open-air terrace on its roof, dotted with parasols and plants. From here the panorama is complete: the dome and bell towers of St Stephen's Basilica, the dome of Parliament, the big wheel in the city centre and, on the horizon, the wooded Buda Hills. At sunset, the light glides across the tiled roofs and the terrace fills up fast.

Cocktails, Mediterranean cuisine and evenings out

The menu focuses on signature cocktails and great classics, spritzes, wines and beers. On the food side, Mediterranean-inspired dishes lend themselves to sharing: antipasti, gambas pil pil, gnocchi with tomato, chicken skewers or a burger. For groups, a twelve-glass "Cocktail Tree" makes quite an impression. Live music, sunset sessions and DJ nights regularly liven up the terrace, especially from Thursday to Saturday, when the bar stays open until 2am.

And in winter?

In previous winters, 360 Bar was one of the first rooftops in the city to set up heated igloos on its terrace. For the 2026-2027 season, their return had not yet been announced at the end of October, so it is best to check before you go. The bar also has an indoor room, and the terrace is only partly covered.

Practical information

Open daily from 2pm, until midnight from Sunday to Wednesday and until 2am from Thursday to Saturday. Expect to pay around 4,900 Ft for a signature cocktail and 4,550 Ft for a spritz. Online booking is recommended for sunset; the phone line (+36 30 360 3600) is answered from 1pm to 6pm. Casual dress. Metro M1, Opera or Oktogon stations, a few minutes' walk away.
