Eiffel Tower Restaurant: dinner facing the Fountains of Bellagio

The Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas, a half-scale replica of the original, is home on its eleventh floor to a fine-dining restaurant set more than 100 feet, or about 30 meters, above the boulevard. The dining room, lined with red velvet banquettes, opens up through large picture windows that reveal the tower's girders. On the Strip side, the view plunges down to Lake Bellagio: after dark, the musical fountains shoot up just across the way, between the facades of the Bellagio and Caesars Palace.

Chef Jean Joho's French cuisine

The menu, created by Jean Joho, puts a fresh spin on French classics: foie gras au torchon, rack of lamb, seafood platters and Grand Marnier soufflé, with wine pairings. On weekends, a three-course brunch features dishes such as crème brûlée French toast and lobster eggs Benedict. The restaurant cultivates its romantic reputation, happily accommodates marriage proposals and also hosts private dinners.

There's no open-air terrace here: it all happens behind the glass. Window tables are the most sought-after, so it's best to book early.

Practical information

Dinner nightly from 5pm to 10pm; brunch Friday through Sunday, from late morning to early afternoon. Reservations are strongly recommended, at +1 702 948 6937 or online. The elevator leaves from inside the Paris Las Vegas hotel-casino, in the center of the Strip, across from the Bellagio. A paid observation deck sits at the top of the same tower.
