Chéri Rooftop occupies a rooftop terrace at Paris Las Vegas, right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower replica, whose red and black girders form a spectacular ceiling above the tables. The terrace isn't very high up, but the location is ideal: across the Strip, Lake Bellagio and its musical fountains are right in front of you, with Caesars Palace and the towers of the Cosmopolitan close by.
The decor draws on mid-20th-century Parisian garden parties: potted lemon trees, light-colored banquettes, a green-lit bar and small lamps on every table once night falls.
Brunch, dinner and cocktails
The menu serves up French cuisine with an American twist. In the morning, pastries, omelets and mimosas, by the glass or bottomless; in the evening, steak frites, escargots or onion soup. For drinks, the signature cocktail menu includes, for example, a lavender Provence Lemonade or a dirty martini, plus large-format drinks to share among three to seven people, like an Aperol Spritz “tree.” Prices aren't listed on the menus posted online.
The restaurant also hosts private events and special nights, from the Formula 1 race to New Year's Eve.
