Mercury Rooftop: the Burj Khalifa on one side, the sea on the other

A terrace atop the Four Seasons

Mercury Rooftop crowns Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, on the 6th floor of this hotel in the seaside district of Jumeirah. The terrace, entirely open-air, takes in a 180° panorama: the Downtown Dubai skyline dominated by the Burj Khalifa on one side, the expanse of the Arabian Gulf on the other. Arches, ornate turrets and dark marble floors create an elegant setting, around a large golden structure with undulating shapes that lights up after dark.

Cocktails, sushi and caviar

The menu changes with the seasons and favours dishes to share: caviar, oysters, crudos, sushi and platters, “land and sea” dishes, flatbreads and cheese and charcuterie boards. The signature cocktails, around AED 85, put a twist on classics such as the spicy margarita or the tequila highball, and a shisha menu completes the offer.

A night-time, seasonal venue

Mercury comes alive mostly after sunset: resident and guest DJs, live music and themed nights follow one another until the early hours. The rooftop closes during the hottest months and reopens every autumn, often with a new theme; the 2026–2027 season starts on 30 October with an opening party, with a minimum spend of AED 350 per person.

Practical information

Open daily from 6pm to 3am during the season (last food orders at 2am, drinks and shisha at 2:20am). Booking recommended, on +971 4 270 7950 or online. Smart casual dress: no technical sportswear, shorts or slippers; national dress is accepted. After 11pm, entry is for over-21s only. The Four Seasons is on Jumeirah Beach Road, best reached by taxi.
