Monkey Bar: the jungle facing the Museum of the Future
On the roof of the 25hours Hotel
Imported from Berlin, Monkey Bar has set up on the roof of the 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central, on Trade Center Street, just opposite DIFC. The décor takes its cue from the jungle: hanging plants, benches with colourful cushions, a large rattan nest and sails stretched over the terrace to filter the sun. From the seating, the view takes in the sculpted ring of the Museum of the Future and the towers of Sheikh Zayed Road; inside, a long green-tiled bar extends the space.
Tiki cocktails and Nikkei cuisine
The menu mixes tiki-inspired cocktails, great classics and highballs: Coconut Mischief with gin and coconut, Tropical Ember with cachaça and cinnamon, or Ninja's Nectar with yuzu and wasabi orgeat. In the kitchen, Latin American-inspired plates with Nikkei influences are made for sharing, and a separate menu is served at the pool bar. If the choice is hard, the bar team is happy to help.
Parties and private hire
DJs take turns on the decks every night. Happy hour runs from Sunday to Thursday, 5pm to 8pm. The venue can be privatised for parties of up to 120 people, on request from the team.
