Twenty Three takes its name from its location: the 23rd floor of Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City, on Al Falak Street, opposite the Innovation Hub, in the heart of Dubai Media City. The bar combines an indoor lounge with marble, brass and velvet décor and an open-air terrace protected by a glass balustrade. From the terrace, the view stretches towards Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, where the sun sets, as well as the towers of Dubai Marina.
Chic but accessible
The venue promises an upmarket experience at reasonable prices. The menu features signature cocktails, beers and wines, served with hot and cold bites for sharing. It is a popular after-work spot: every day from 5pm to 7pm, happy hour offers selected drinks from AED 33.
