Pure Sky Lounge & Dining is on the 35th floor of Hilton Dubai The Walk, in Tower B of Jumeirah Beach Residence, above the lively promenade of The Walk. This hotel lounge, bar and restaurant, open to everyone, is arranged around two vast terraces, one more of a lounge, the other more of a restaurant, plus an indoor area. The white and turquoise décor, glass walls and woven furniture leave centre stage to the view over the Ain Dubai wheel, Bluewaters Island, the sea and Palm Jumeirah.
Cocktails and sharing food
The menu offers contemporary international food for sharing and a selection of cocktails. Happy hour runs daily from 5pm to 8pm on selected drinks. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 9pm to midnight, the Ladies & Gents night offers a package at AED 99 for women and AED 149 for men, with a discount on food. On Saturdays, the Sunset Brunch (5:30pm to 9pm, from AED 365) comes with a DJ.
The best time: sunset
Facing west, the terraces watch the sun set into the sea behind the wheel. The venue is busy: book to be sure of a table, otherwise you can settle in at the terrace bar or the indoor bar.
