Sabine: face to face with the dome of St Paul's
A rooftop at the foot of the cathedral
The Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's takes up a block between Godliman Street and Carter Lane, south of the cathedral. On its roof, Sabine has created a partly covered bar and terrace, from which the dome of St Paul's appears in close-up, almost within arm's reach. To the south, the view stretches towards the Thames and the Shard. The bar is run independently of the hotel and welcomes all visitors; a second Sabine has since opened in Holborn.
Signature cocktails and music nights
The travel-inspired cocktail list offers creations from £16.50 to £20, as well as classics made to order. To eat, there are sharing plates and a few mains, weekend brunch and bottomless cocktail packages. In the evening, dimmed lights, DJs and the scent of oud create a lounge atmosphere. The venue can be hired for events and weddings.
