The St. Regis Istanbul stands on the edge of Nişantaşı, the designer-boutique quarter of the Şişli district, right next to Maçka Park. On the top floor, Spago has set up its dining room with blue velvet banquettes, walls of black-and-white photos and a terrace that stretches out towards the city's rooftops. The view takes in the greenery of Maçka Park and, beyond, the Bosphorus. Right at the entrance, a glass-fronted wine cellar showcases a fine selection of international and Turkish wines.

The famous Austrian-American chef oversees a menu that blends Italian, Californian and Asian influences.
