Dani Brasserie: the Four Seasons terrace above the rooftops of Canalejas
A brasserie on the top floor
The Four Seasons Madrid occupies a group of historic buildings around Plaza de Canalejas, between calle de Alcalá and calle de Sevilla. On its seventh floor, Dani Brasserie combines an indoor dining room arranged around a central bar, decorated by Martin Brudnizki, and an outdoor terrace filled with greenery.
From the terrace, the view takes in calle de Alcalá, Plaza de Canalejas and the rooftops of the historic centre, with the dome of the Metrópolis Building close by. The evening light on the rooftops makes it a popular spot at sunset.
Dani García's cuisine
The menu, led by Andalusian chef Dani García and his head chef Ignacio Vara, reinterprets Mediterranean classics with a strong Andalusian accent and plenty of room for produce, such as bluefin tuna from the Cádiz coast. The wine list includes more than 400 references. At the bar, the signature cocktails, often made with sherry wines, cost around €19 to €21. Brunch is served at Sunday lunchtime, and the terrace regularly hosts themed evenings.
