There, on the 19th floor, the INNSiDE by Meliá hotel is home to Hasta La Vista, Baby!, which presents itself as both a rooftop restaurant and a cocktail bar. The decor goes for festive retro: tiered teal banquettes, shaded lamps, a marble bar and large curved windows that frame the city.

The house champions Mediterranean “casual fine dining” cuisine, designed for sharing: small plates, fish, meat and desserts, served at lunch and dinner. At weekends, the “Brunch Baby” draws a large crowd, with reservations possible for 2 to 20 people.

Devised by the head bartender, the cocktail list pays tribute to Mediterranean personalities who dared to dream big, with several alcohol-free versions. For those who like a game, one option lets you roll two dice: the number you get picks one of the twelve cocktails, with no swapping allowed. The venue also hosts themed nights, music events and private receptions.
