Le Rouf: the roof of the 105 facing the Seine
A restaurant with many rooms at the top of the 105
On Rouen's left bank, the 105 stretches its contemporary silhouette along the quays, close to the 106. Le Rouf has occupied its top floor since June 2024. The venue was designed as a series of distinct worlds: a brasserie lounge, a wine cellar, a kitchen, a fine-dining room, a cabinet of curiosities devoted to themed evenings and a suite available for private hire, set at the highest point of the building.
A large terrace above the river
Outside, the wooden terrace stretches along the edge of the roof, partly sheltered by a glass canopy. Beyond the glass balustrade, the Seine flows just below, with the warehouses of the right-bank quays opposite and the hills that frame the city. At the end of the day, the sun sets in line with the river, over towards the port's yellow cranes.
Brasserie, fine dining and cocktails
On the brasserie side, the menu moves between tapas to share, salads, a burger and grilled meats, with set menus from €25 to €48 and an express lunch deal from €14.50 on weekdays. La Salle à manger (“the Dining Room”) offers more creative, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. At the bar, classic cocktails cost €11 and house creations €13, and a wide selection of spritzes completes the list. On Sundays, an all-you-can-eat brunch is served from 11am to 3pm, from €39.90.
Every week, Le Rouf also schedules experiences: dining in the dark, a film club, music quizzes or karaoke. Its spaces can be hired for birthdays as well as seminars.
Practical information
Le Rouf is open every day for lunch and dinner, with a reduced menu late in the evening. Access is via the 105, allée François-Mitterrand, on the left-bank quays. Bookings can be made online or on 02 35 15 76 89. On Sunday evenings, a rib of beef set menu comes with a happy hour on drinks, excluding signature cocktails.
