Connected to the Palais des Congrès, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile hotel is crowned by the Windo Skybar. Set on the 34th floor, 140 metres up, this hotel bar is open to all, including visitors who are not staying there. The panorama is enjoyed from a chic, intimate lounge lined with wide picture windows.
The Eiffel Tower in your sights
To the south, the view sweeps over the Haussmann rooftops all the way to the Eiffel Tower, with the Tour Montparnasse in the distance. As evening falls, the capital gradually lights up and the illuminated Eiffel Tower stands out against the night sky.
Cocktails, champagnes and Sunday brunch
The menu highlights signature cocktails and seasonal creations at €27, as well as alcohol-free cocktails at €24. Champagnes by the glass or bottle and a wide choice of whiskies and spirits complete the offer. To go with your drinks, a chef's selection in the evening features mezze, croquettes, crispy prawns, mini burgers or caviar.
Every Sunday, from 12pm to 2pm, the Champagne Sky Brunch offers a buffet with free-flowing drinks, by reservation. DJ sets liven up Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm. Two VIP areas can be hired for events, and Table 34 hosts private dinners for 6 to 10 guests.
Practical information
The Windo Skybar is open every day from 5pm to 12.30am. There's no need to book for a simple drink, but you can reserve a seat with a view, from €50. The dress code is smart casual. Access by metro line 1 (Porte Maillot) and RER C (Neuilly - Porte Maillot).
