Le Tout-Paris: the Seine at its feet, atop La Samaritaine
A colourful brasserie on the seventh floor
Set on quai du Louvre, in the Samaritaine building, the Cheval Blanc Paris palace hotel is home to several restaurants. Le Tout-Paris occupies the seventh floor: a brasserie with colourful interiors by Peter Marino, extended by a cocktail bar and a large terrace. Awarded one Michelin star, it is open to non-residents, from lunch until late in the evening.
From Notre-Dame to the Eiffel Tower
The terrace, dotted with potted shrubs, overlooks the Seine, the Pont-Neuf and the Left Bank. On one side rise the Conciergerie and the towers of Notre-Dame; on the other, the dome of Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. A quintessentially Parisian panorama, to be savoured at lunch or as night falls.
Reinvented brasserie cuisine and cocktails
In the kitchen, executive chef William Béquin works under the eye of Arnaud Donckele, reinventing brasserie classics: lobster and langoustine carpaccio, macaroni with truffled foie gras, sole meunière or spatchcocked pigeon. On Sundays, a dedicated menu pays tribute to family lunches. The bar, which does not take reservations, serves reworked classics and house creations at €32, alongside a menu of bites and dishes such as the club sandwich or the burger.
Le Tout-Paris can also be booked for private events, in part or in full.
