Amazónico Monte-Carlo: the jungle on the roof of the Café de Paris
A terrace facing the Casino
Born in Madrid in 2016 on the initiative of Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, then established in London and Dubai, the Amazónico concept landed in spring 2024 on the roof of the Café de Paris, the historic brasserie on Place du Casino. The terrace, about 1,000 m², stretches out between parasols, pergolas and tropical plants, facing the Belle Époque façades of the Casino and the Hôtel de Paris. The décor, by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, blends wood, rattan, velvet and natural materials, right through to the lounge bar and the club inside.
Tropical cuisine, cocktails and music
The menu combines the flavours of Latin America and Asia: sushi, seafood, grilled meat and fish, prepared with seasonal produce. The signature cocktails, created by the team of mixologists, play on exotic fruit. As for the atmosphere, a DJ keeps the lounge and the club going, while musicians play jazz, bossa nova and Cuban rhythms on the restaurant terrace. The venue can be partly or fully privatised, and includes a private room for about thirty guests.
