Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten offers here a Mediterranean take on the abc kitchen concept he launched in New York and then in London. The menu starts from the market and gives pride of place to vegetables: light broths, vegetable juices, roasted vegetables, kale salad with serrano chilli or grilled octopus with cashew romesco sauce. The bar also welcomes those who simply come for a drink at sunset, and a children's menu is available.
