Miralto: the whole city from the Torre Latinoamericana

A restaurant on the 41st floor of a city landmark

On the corner of the Eje Central and Avenida Madero, the Torre Latinoamericana was for a long time the tallest skyscraper in the city. Miralto occupies its 41st floor: a fully glazed dining room, with coffered wooden ceilings and velvet banquettes, from which the view sweeps unobstructed towards all four points of the compass. On one side, the Alameda Central and the dome of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, then the line of towers along Reforma all the way to the mountains; on the other, the grid of the Centro Histórico, the Zócalo, the cathedral and the Palacio Nacional, spectacular once lit up.

From breakfast to dinner

Open every day, the restaurant serves breakfast in the morning, then a menu of Mexican cuisine with international touches at lunch and dinner. The cellar is well stocked and the drinks list features margaritas, martinis and cocktails, mostly from 219 to 319 pesos. The venue lends itself to romantic dinners: the house offers packages for marriage proposals and birthdays, as well as special menus for major holidays.

Nivel 40 SkyBar, one floor below

On the 40th floor, the Nivel 40 SkyBar belongs to the same house. The atmosphere is more relaxed: signature cocktails, craft beers and small plates to share, facing the sunset and the lights of the west and north of the city. There is no open-air terrace: the view is enjoyed behind glass, in the restaurant as well as in the bar.

Restaurant open every day: Sunday and Monday from 9am to 10pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to midnight. The Nivel 40 SkyBar opens in the afternoon, from 1pm. Bellas Artes metro station (lines 2 and 8), a stone's throw away.
