On the Paseo de la Reforma, a stone's throw from the Diana Cazadora fountain and the Ángel de la Independencia, the Chapultepec Uno tower is home to the Ritz-Carlton. Ling Ling occupies its 56th floor. The dining room nestles beneath a triple-height wooden vault, planted with a tree and covered in trailing plants, while a glass wall runs all the way around the space. Seated in the area called the “terrace”, surrounded by greenery, you take in Reforma, the Bosque de Chapultepec and the mountains, a particularly striking sight at sunset.

Asian flavours to share

A concept from the Hakkasan group, Ling Ling draws on the cuisines of Asia, notably Japanese and Thai, for dishes to share: dim sum, gyozas, sushi and sashimi prepared at the sushi bar counter, fish, seafood and meat. A lunch menu is served from 1pm. The restaurant is designed to glide from aperitif to dinner, then into a more festive atmosphere driven by an eclectic soundtrack.

Cocktails with Asian accents

The signature cocktail list, from 230 to 350 pesos, plays with yuzu, lychee, shiso, sake or calamansi, alongside the great classics and a list of sakes, wines and spirits. Allow around 1,500 pesos per person for a full meal with drinks.

Practical information

Open every day from 1pm: until midnight from Monday to Wednesday, until 12.30am from Thursday to Saturday, earlier on Sunday. Booking strongly recommended online, on the restaurant's website, for a table near the windows at sunset. Access through the tower entrance, Paseo de la Reforma 509. Metrobús (line 7) serves the avenue.
