Bonnie: Paris in 360 degrees from the Tour Morland
Restaurant, bar and club at the top of SO/ Paris
Between the Marais and the Bastille, the SO/ Paris hotel occupies the Tour Morland, on the banks of the Seine. Bonnie has set up at the very top: a restaurant and a bar on the 15th floor, and a club on the 16th. The decor, designed by the agency Notoire, draws on the Space Age aesthetic of the 1960s and 1970s; on the ceiling, a mirrored installation by Olafur Eliasson and Sebastian Behmann (Studio Other Spaces) turns the panorama upside down.
A terrace open to the whole city
From the terrace, the view sweeps all the way round the horizon: the Île Saint-Louis just below, the Seine and its bridges, the towers of Notre-Dame, then the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The glass-walled club, facing the river, keeps the show going once night has fallen.
Chic brasserie dishes and cocktails from the 60s and 70s
The kitchen embraces the spirit of a Parisian brasserie with a New York twist, where seafood takes pride of place alongside a few select meat dishes. At the bar, the cocktail list draws on recipes from the 1960s and 1970s, mostly priced from €18 to €24, with a house speciality, the Bloody Bonnie. The music moves between soul, funk and groove classics; on the terrace, you can also simply enjoy a drink or a light bite.
Bonnie also hosts private events, from product launches to parties with friends and family.
