From the Mucem to the Bonne Mère
The Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port stands on Boulevard Charles-Livon, facing the Old Port, near the Palais du Pharo. Its panoramic bar occupies the hotel's top floor, with a 150 m² terrace furnished with deep armchairs and facing the sea. The view sweeps across the Marseille harbour, from the Mucem to Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde, the Bonne Mère, and in the evening the sunset sets the Old Port ablaze.
Signature cocktails and Provençal producers
The signature cocktails, at €24, showcase producers from the region. Le Dantès, created together with Maison Ferroni, combines Ferroni rum, pomegranate liqueur, orange juice, passion fruit coulis, agave honey and fresh raspberries; I Love Gaby pairs a pollen-infused Juillet gin made especially for the bar with rhubarb and mint; the Rinqui'Spritz mixes RinQuinQuin peach wine and Pommery champagne. Long classic cocktails cost €21, alcohol-free cocktails €15 and a glass of champagne from €25. To go with your drink: panisses with aïoli as in L'Estaque (€9), falafels, panko prawns, grilled glazed octopus, mini cheeseburgers made with Aubrac beef, or boards of cold cuts and cheeses from €25 to €29.

The bar is open every day from 5pm to 12.30am, all year round. Access through the Sofitel, at 36 Boulevard Charles-Livon, in the 7th arrondissement; the hotel has a paid indoor car park with valet service, and the bar is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
