Bella: the Hôtel Belle Plage rooftop, between the Suquet and the Estérel
At the top of a five-star hotel on square Mistral
The Hôtel & Spa Belle Plage, a five-star hotel from the La Clé group, stands on rue Brougham, on the edge of square Mistral, west of the Vieux-Port. Its restaurant, Bella, occupies the eighth floor: an extensively glazed dining room that opens onto a panoramic terrace seating around eighty. A lift leads directly to the rooftop, which is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A view over the bay and the old town
On one side, the roofs and pastel hues of the Suquet; on the other, the blue of the Mediterranean, the palm trees along the seafront and the rocky outline of the Estérel. On the terrace, the central bar is the natural meeting point at aperitif time, as the sun sets over the bay.
Southern cooking and house cocktails
The menu follows the seasons and showcases regional vegetables as well as local meat and fish, in a spirit of generous sharing plates; à la carte dishes range from €18 to €38. The restaurant welcomes guests from breakfast through to dinner. At the bar, house creations made with fresh fruit and spritzes are priced at €23, and alcohol-free cocktails at €15.
