In winter, the terrace switches to winter mode: six transparent heated domes, each seating four to eight people, host a five-course tasting menu at $142 per person in the evening and a four-course brunch at $72 at weekends, with a menu for children under 10. The winter menu features signature cocktails from $18 to $22 and a selection of wines.
