Smoke: harbourside cocktails at Barangaroo
The roof of Barangaroo House
Barangaroo House, the pavilion with curved lines set on the water's edge at Barangaroo, brings together three venues over three levels: House Bar downstairs, Japanese restaurant Rekōdo in the middle and Smoke right at the top. Smoke spreads across a timber terrace sheltered by the building's undulating canopy, with a few more dimly lit corners. Facing the water and the precinct's new towers, it's a hugely popular spot for pre-dinner drinks, when the sun goes down over the harbour.
A menu that changes with the seasons
The cocktail list is refreshed every season: the spring 2026 menu lines up creations from A$22 to A$25, from a St-Germain and passionfruit spritz to a tequila and blueberry sour, and classics are made on request. On the food side, oysters, kingfish tacos and small plates to share go with the drinks. The venue can be hired in full or in part for events.
