Amù Monte Carlo: the Fairmont's great roof terrace, formerly Horizon
From Horizon to Amù, the same 360° view
The roof of the Fairmont Monte Carlo, on the hotel's 7th floor, was long home to the Horizon Rooftop. The space now goes by the name Amù Monte Carlo, but the setting that made its reputation has not changed: a vast roof terrace from which you take in, at a single glance, the Casino, the Monte-Carlo Opera, the Prince's Palace on its rock and the Mediterranean. The atmosphere is natural and elegant, with open-air tables and a pool nearby.
Riviera cuisine and a sunset aperitivo
Amù's menu blends the culinary traditions of the French Riviera and Italian cooking: generous seasonal dishes, often for sharing, that showcase produce from the coast. The restaurant is open every day, from breakfast to dinner. At the end of the day, the rooftop aperitivo brings together signature cocktails, local specialities to share and live music, from Wednesday to Sunday; in 2025, the aperitivo cocktails were priced between €15 and €19. On weekdays a business lunch is served at noon, and a poolside service runs from April to October.

Book online or on +377 93 15 48 48, strongly recommended in high season; walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Access through the Fairmont Monte Carlo, 12 avenue des Spélugues, a few minutes' walk from Place du Casino.
