Toi Toit Mon Toit: the summer rooftop of the Marché du Lez
A plant-filled roof terrace in Port Marianne
Toi Toit Mon Toit is part of the Rooftop du Lez, the collection of bars and restaurants set above the Halles du Lez, on the converted former industrial site of the Marché du Lez. Run by the Montpellier-based Tandem group, it occupies a large, plant-filled roof terrace: bamboo and tropical plants in planters, long raw-wood tables, rattan chairs, high tables, black fringed parasols and string lights. A covered section, decorated with woven pendant lights and dried palm fronds, extends the terrace.
From the Marché du Lez to the Pic Saint-Loup
The roof is not very high, but the view is still open: it takes in the whole of the Marché du Lez and reaches as far as the silhouette of the Pic Saint-Loup. Late in the day, the sunset kicks off the evening.
Asian fusion and yuzu cocktails
The menu is made for sharing: karaage chicken, prawn dim sum, gyoza, Peking-style duck bao buns, Saint-Marcellin tempura, tuna or beef tataki, from €8 to €14, then apple gyoza or mochi ice cream for dessert. Classic cocktails cost €12 to €14, signatures such as the Yuzito or the Akai Sakura with shiso €14 to €15, and alcohol-free creations €9. Wines from the South of France, beers and champagnes round out the offer.
DJ sets accompany the evenings in a relaxed atmosphere, whether with friends, as a couple or after work. Groups and companies book by email through the Tandem group.
Practical information
The rooftop is seasonal: it reopens every spring and closes in September (in 2026, it reopened on 21 May). In season, it is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to 1am. Bookings by phone or online. Tram line 3, Pablo Picasso stop, and car parks on site.
