Kōst: California on the 44th floor, facing the CN Tower
At the top of the Bisha Hotel
The Bisha Hotel rises on Blue Jays Way, in the heart of the Entertainment District, between King Street West and the Rogers Centre. Its top floor, the 44th, is home to Kōst, a restaurant and bar with beach-house decor: light wood, rattan and large floor-to-ceiling windows. Outside, a terrace runs alongside an infinity pool. The view takes in the downtown towers and Lake Ontario, with the CN Tower very close by; at sunset, the tower stands out against a changing sky.
From brunch to dinner
The menu is inspired by the California coast and Baja California: colourful, light dishes that change with the seasons. Kōst opens every day, from the morning for brunch, then for an afternoon menu and dinner. At brunch, tropical pancakes, smoothie bowls or Mexican-style eggs cost around CA$19 to CA$23.
Margaritas and house cocktails
The bar lines up signature cocktails from CA$23 to CA$28, from frozen margaritas to tequila sours, as well as alcohol-free cocktails at around CA$12 to CA$14. For a group, a tower of four margaritas is offered at CA$90.
