The Fasano São Paulo Itaim is on Rua Pedroso Alvarenga, in the heart of Itaim Bibi, a neighbourhood of restaurants and offices next to Avenida Faria Lima. At the top of the tower, on the 21st floor, the Bar da Piscina occupies a lounge with large windows, furnished with sofas and armchairs of clean-lined design, which opens onto a terrace and the rooftop pool. The view sweeps over the buildings and green spaces of the neighbourhood, and the city sparkles as soon as night falls.
A short, carefully crafted menu
The bar offers a short menu of light dishes, carpaccios and crudos, classic cocktails and fresh fruit juices. The cocktails are prepared behind a long stone counter, under wicker pendant lights. For a fuller dinner, the hotel is also home to the Italian restaurant Gero.
Practical information
During the day, from 9am to 7pm, the roof is reserved for hotel guests. Outside visitors are welcome from Tuesday to Saturday from 8pm, by reservation only, on +55 11 3513-7470. The venue is intimate: book ahead. Address: Rua Pedroso Alvarenga, 706, Itaim Bibi; there is no Metrô station in the immediate vicinity, so a taxi or rideshare is the simplest option.
