The Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay lines Talamanca beach, east of the town of Ibiza, and the seafront promenade leads on foot to Marina Botafoch and the centre of Ibiza. On the hotel's roof, the terrace lines up low lounges, woven armchairs and large planters behind glass balustrades. The panorama opens onto the whole bay of Talamanca, its sailing boats at anchor and the silhouette of the town. The place welcomes hotel guests and islanders alike, especially at sunset.

Cocktails, bites and summer evenings

The menu brings together craft cocktails, at around €21 to €23, a few alcohol-free cocktails and bites to share in the spirit of the house, between Japanese cuisine and Mediterranean touches. During the season, a series of summer events livens up the roof: lounge evenings at sunset, DJ sets and special nights with live music.

Open in the evening during the warmer months, from roughly spring to early autumn, and closed in winter, when the hotel's Nobu restaurant carries on serving every evening.
