Ryleigh's: a steakhouse up high on the Liffey
On the roof of the former Mayson
The Dean Dublin Docklands, formerly The Mayson, stands on North Wall Quay, on the north bank of the Liffey, east of the centre. A lift leads to the 6th and top floor, where Ryleigh's has settled in: a long room with red leather banquettes lined up along the windows, a large curved bar, an open kitchen built around the grill, and an open-air terrace.
The panorama takes in the river and the Docklands quays, the port cranes, Dublin Bay and the city centre, with the Dublin Mountains as a backdrop.
Flame grilling and cocktails
The place is first and foremost a restaurant: flame-grilled steaks, pasta dishes and cooking with Irish and international accents, served from breakfast to dinner, with brunch at weekends. The drinks list features signature cocktails at around €15, alcohol-free versions at €11, wines and beers. The rooms can be hired for events.

Breakfast from 7am to 11am on weekdays (8am at weekends), lunch from noon to 3pm Monday to Friday, brunch from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, dinner every evening from 5pm to 10pm. The restaurant only takes bookings for dinner or lunch, online or by phone: booking is strongly recommended, especially on concert nights at the 3Arena, 400 metres away.
