Cielito: Mexico facing the bay of Sant Antoni
The roof of the Bonito Ibiza
The restaurant of the five-star Bonito Ibiza hotel, Cielito occupies the building's roof, on the fifth floor, in the Es Molí district of Sant Antoni de Portmany, on the west coast of the island. The terrace shares the space with the rooftop pool: wooden tables under a pergola, low lounges and a bar, all facing the bay of Sant Antoni, its seafront buildings and the open sea. It is one of the vantage points for watching the sunset over the bay.
Mexican cuisine and agave
The menu reinterprets Mexico with finesse: artisanal corn chips, guacamole, quesadillas and enchiladas, followed by ceviches and aguachiles. A bar dedicated to tequila and mezcal accompanies the meal. The house cocktails pair tequila or mezcal with fruit, herbs or coffee; on the evening menu, signatures, classics and alcohol-free cocktails cost €16. The decor takes its cue from contemporary Mexico, and themed evenings, with live music on some nights, punctuate the season.
